Owners can build an organization-level picture from subscription, institution, student, staff, fee, attendance, academic, enquiry, admission, batch and examination information where that information is available in the relevant product and access scope.
School ERP and Campus retain their own operational context. A comparable overview does not mean every field has the same meaning or is available in both products.

Organization-level summaries can bring together fee collections, outstanding dues, transactions and attendance statistics. Owners can also compare activity by branch or subscription and review period-based trends, while keeping the meaning of each product's data intact.
School ERP and Campus data may be aggregated in product-specific views. This does not mean that every underlying field is interchangeable or semantically identical between products.

Admin Console is designed for authorized review across subscriptions: users can locate relevant context, inspect permitted details and take supported reports with them. Limited approvals do not turn the console into a general-purpose operational workspace.
Creating, editing or deleting operational records—and triggering branch workflows—remains with the relevant product account and its operating team.
