All users, subscribers, and institutional clients of CodePex Technologies Private Limited (“CodePex”) are hereby advised and reminded that the FAQs, Terms and Conditions of Usage, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Free Trial Policy, Disclaimer, and any other supplemental, referenced, or mutually executed legal agreements, policies, or documents (collectively referred to as the “Governing Documents”) are to be read, construed, interpreted, and applied together as a single, integrated, and cohesive set of binding agreements.

Your continued use, access, or engagement with any part of www.codepex.com or CodePex ERP (Education Resource Platform), its related services, or any other products, features, or functionalities provided by CodePex constitutes your explicit acknowledgment, acceptance, and agreement to be bound by all of the Governing Documents collectively and simultaneously.

Each of these documents is intended to complement, reinforce, and support the others. No single document shall operate independently or in isolation to determine your rights, obligations, responsibilities, or liabilities. Institutional clients, administrators, educators, and individual users are therefore strongly encouraged and required to carefully review, fully understand, and acknowledge the entirety of all Governing Documents before accessing, using, or otherwise interacting with the CodePex ERP or any affiliated services.

By proceeding to access or utilize the CodePex website, ERP platform, or related products and services, you expressly confirm that you have read, comprehended, and accepted the entirety of these Governing Documents as a unified legal framework. Accordingly, your rights, responsibilities, and obligations as a user or client of CodePex shall be interpreted and determined in light of all such documents collectively, with no presumption that any one document supersedes or excludes the others.

By accessing or using the 6-month free trial of CodePex ERP (“Trial ERP”), you acknowledge, agree, and accept the following terms:

2. Eligibility and Access

The trial is available to institutions and authorised representatives who wish to evaluate CodePex products for their operational needs. Trial access may require accurate institution and contact information and is subject to account verification and applicable platform terms.

Trial access is provided for legitimate evaluation and may not be used to create duplicate or misleading accounts, bypass usage controls, or operate the service for unlawful purposes.

3. Features During the Trial

The trial is designed to provide meaningful access to the available product experience so that an institution can assess how the workflows fit its needs. Depending on the selected product, this may include:

• Core institutional management workflows
• Administrative and academic operations
• Fee, attendance, reporting, and communication capabilities
• Product support and evaluation guidance

Specific availability may depend on the selected product, release status, technical configuration, and applicable trial setup.

4. No Payment Requirement

The six-month trial is free. No payment or credit card is required to begin the evaluation. CodePex does not automatically charge a trial account merely because the trial period ends.

Any paid subscription requires a separate decision and subscription process. Applicable pricing, taxes, billing commitments, and refund conditions are described on the relevant pricing page and in the applicable commercial terms.

5. Evaluation and Conversion

Clients are encouraged to use the full trial period to evaluate product suitability, workflows, support, and operational fit before subscribing.

• Trial period: Six months, unless a different period is expressly communicated for a particular offer.
• Evaluation: Institutions should assess the product using their own operational requirements and authorised data.
• Paid conversion: Continuing with a paid subscription after the trial requires an explicit subscription decision.
• Paid plans: Once a paid subscription is activated, the applicable pricing, cancellation, and refund policies apply.

6. Fair Use During the Trial

Trial access must be used responsibly and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and applicable law. Users must not upload unlawful, harmful, obscene, infringing, or malicious content, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the platform, abuse support or refund processes, or use trial access to avoid applicable subscription or usage obligations.

CodePex may suspend or restrict trial access where it reasonably identifies misuse, security risk, false information, duplicate accounts, or a violation of the governing policies.
