Branch teams keep working in their own account.

Each location uses its own CodePex School ERP subscription/account for operational work. CodePex Admin Console is a separate application for authorized owner and stakeholder oversight across eligible subscriptions belonging to the same customer; it does not turn CodePex School ERP into a shared cross-branch operations workspace.

HOW IT FITS THE OPERATING MODEL

Keep branch work and owner oversight distinct.

Branch teams continue their day-to-day records and workflows inside their own CodePex School ERP account. The separate Admin Console is for authorized oversight across eligible subscriptions—it does not replace the branch's operational workspace.

In practice, owners can review subscription information and drill into permitted details, while operational records stay with the teams responsible for each branch.

We retain demo and contact form data for a maximum period of 12 months from the date of submission, unless:

  • The user becomes a client, in which case data is retained as part of the client record; or
  • The user requests deletion earlier, in accordance with their rights under the DPDP Act.

All data is securely stored and protected against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

6. User Rights

As a user (Data Principal), you have the following rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023:

  • Right to Access – To request details of personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to Correction – To request correction of inaccurate or outdated data.
  • Right to Erasure – To request deletion of your data when it is no longer required or upon withdrawal of consent.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent – You may withdraw consent to data processing at any time by contacting us.
